How to Book

Just click on the link on the right hand side - 'book online'.

You will need to register with us the first time you book online, if you are new to the company please omit the 'u' at the beginning of your staff number. You will need to create a password that will allow you to login in future..

(Don't worry if you forget your password, you will be able to get a reminder sent to you).

On subsequent visits you just login with your username(email address) and password.

Once logged in you will be able to view room availablity.
Just click on the price to book, review your personal contact details and click 'Make Booking'.

Once you have made a booking you will be sent a confirmation email. Please keep this as verification of your booking.

If all rooms are occupied on the day you wish to stay, you can enter you name on a waiting list.

If a room becomes available you will be sent a text message and email, along with any other people on the list awaiting rooms for that date. The room will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If all rooms are booked you will still be notified if another becomes free.

You can cancel your booking up to 12 o’clock on the day of arrival after this time we will ask you to pay.

Rooms are available from 3 o’clock and must be vacated by 12 o’clock.

If you need the room earlier or wish to stay later just send us an email and if the room is not needed, we may be able to help you out.
